All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD $) and include GST where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eftpos, JCB and UnionPay, processed securely by our payment provider. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported at checkout.

Please note, if you are using a card displaying two networks (for example Visa and eftpos OR Mastercard and eftpos), your payment may be processed through either network.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Metro Australia delivery is 2–7 business days; regional 3–10 business days; New Zealand 5–12 business days.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Some bulky or hazardous items are restricted to Australian addresses.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — see our Refund & Returns Policy. Faulty or incorrect items can be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days subject to conditions.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant provider over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. The Tool Harbor does not store your card details.
