Information we collect

- Account details: login email and hashed password (if you create an account).

Payment information
Payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. The Tool Harbor does not see, store or have access to your full card number, expiry or CVV. We only receive a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card used.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, measure site performance and (with your consent) serve relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — note that some site features may not work.
Sharing your information
We share information only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order — for example, our shipping carrier, payment processor and email platform. We never sell your personal information.
Data protection
Your data is stored on secure servers protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and access controls. We retain order data for as long as required by Australian tax law (typically 7 years).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@toolharbor.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. Complaints about our handling of your data can be escalated to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
