The Tool Harbor delivers products using our chosen shipping partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight and delivery location and will be shown before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times depend on customer location and shipping method selected.
Dispatch timeframe
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

- Metro Australia: 2–7 business days
- Regional Australia: 3–10 business days
- New Zealand: 5–12 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Eligible orders may qualify for free express shipping — the exact threshold is shown in your cart. All fees are displayed in AUD inclusive of GST.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also reply to your order confirmation for live status.
Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact our team at hello@toolharbor.com.au or 1300 764 854 with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, arrange a replacement or full refund.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time. Some bulky or hazardous items (e.g. lithium battery kits over 100Wh) may be restricted to Australian addresses only — restrictions are noted on the product page.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Re-delivery fees for incorrect addresses are payable by the customer.
