Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, including for pricing errors or stock issues, and will refund any payment made.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before checkout. The total payable amount is confirmed on the payment page.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eftpos, JCB and UnionPay. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card statement will show "The Tool Harbor" or a related descriptor.
