Good hand tools. Used the GripMax Laser Distance 50m around Ballarat VIC for cabinet work and it did exactly what I bought it for.
I bought the GripMax Laser Distance 50m after getting sick of cheaper gear slowing down brake jobs. First proper run was a full Saturday and it held up better than expected. The accuracy ±2 mm and distance setup stood out straight away, and the clean machining makes it feel more expensive than it is. As a DIY buyer, I notice little things like balance, finish and whether it packs away cleanly; this one gets those basics right. Delivery to Darwin NT was quick too.
Four stars for the GripMax Laser Distance 50m. Performance is there, especially for site set-outs, but case is a bit bulky. Still decent buying for the price.
I run a small workshop and the GripMax Laser Distance 50m has already earned its spot. We used it across flat-pack installs and some messy end-of-day clean-up work. The comfortable grip is the main win, but I also like that the range 50 m and pocket setup lines up with what Tool Harbor advertised. Feels like a real trade purchase, not a gimmick.
GripMax Laser Distance 50m handled maintenance calls nicely. Accurate markings is better than expected for the money.
